When they don't get 'em for awhile they start to Jones, and the financial system gets the chills and pukes for a while. If they stay away long enough, they'll get well. However, BubbleBoy (AKA, "Dealer McDope") won't let them get over the habit... Sooner or later, they'll get a hotshot, and the whole system will seize up, or else the tolerance (resistance to reliquefication) will become so high that no amount of liquidity will work.
