I got green, green all over my screen On the 'puter Stockwatch ticker...............Chorus My eyes are dim, I cannot not see But my Bay is up, my stocks are free And my Fgx is flying, and I've stop crying My Ido is screaming, and I am beaming East Lost Hills stocks(Htp, Kob, Wml) are shooting, and I am hooting NT was smelling, but came back to keep me from yelling And even that POS DST, made some money for me,...could be the next Arp, it started the same way:-))) (gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg) Picked up some ERF.G-t today,...an oil and gas royalty trust right after they announced their monthly dividend,...the last 6 months experience has shown that these things rise up slowly in a day or two after the announcements to add on the dividend so it is usually a fairly risk free way to pick up some spare change. Other examples,...AET.UN - T ERF.G - T MXT.UN - T NAE.UN - T(this one just popped a few days ago after announcing their distribution) NCA.UN - T NCF.UN - T PGF.UN - T PWI.UN - T (this one announced last week and went up) SHN.UN - T VKR.UN - T(this one announced last week too, and went up) They are usually thinly traded, and not on the radar screens of most people,...many are giving monthly or quarterly distributions that if annualized would give over 30% at current prices. I just play the distribution announcement appreciation now because I suspect the capital appreciation may be over as spring gets nearer. So far ERF.g -t has gone up about $.35 since the distribution announcement at 10 am today,..I suspect the other $.30 will come early next week (distribution announced was $.65).
