What the heck does Rivlin know? I assume that was just speculation. She's not on the board anymore.

Thanks, that would explain the bounce since uncertainty is being taken away but these valuations still aren't supported by a zero growth rate. We KNOW for fact that the PC sector is dead, Cell phones are dead, Fiber optic buildouts are dead and yet we still have valuations like this was the beginning of the tech boom of 1995. I have no idea when this will end but I do know now that it won't be able to be done gracefully. It is going to end with a deafening boom, or should I say burst.

Like the post earlier about QCOM. It is an echo of those that were in love with LU, DELL, MU AMZN, YHOO, PCLN etc etc etc. Two quarters of declining revenue, slowing earnings and always an excuse as to why. It always ends the same, only the ticker symbols change. God Bless America.

EDIT - That sounds more harsh than I meant. I meant excuses from teh company, not the ones in the stock. I received the same kinds of posts about the above stocks and most recently NTAP when it was repeating the routine.

Just got a call, have to go to work. Do I hear NDX 20,000 by 4:00? <g>

Good Luck,

Lee
