That is what has been suggested. Seems fair to me. And I had a few questions about the terms he pointed out from YYB which I PMed SI Bob. Waiting for a response. JLA

Sounds like a recipe for constant fighting in the name of oversight and enforcement with innumerable debates over what is or is not fair, and endless dissemination of minority opinions seeking an overturning of any decision by appealing to SI Admin.
