Ken, Found out today that CATS was informed yesterday that they have been denied access to the NMS because they spent too much time below 5 during December. Had to close out everything except a little CATS because I will be traveling most of next week. Decided now was not the time to be wondering what was going on while sitting in meetings. Joe

Kenw Glad i could help (gg) i traded JDSU 4 times today.....got lucky on all 4... will be looking to get back into NAVI on monday or tuesday...i want my 1/8 back that i lost on wednesday...I am still mad at myself for losing that...had a dumbass attack.... dave in indy

Ken: CATS: After the selling yesterday and today in the mornings, it was able to close today above that important 5 3/8 level, and the cash flow for the day seems that it turned somewhat positive after two days on the negative side (especially yesterday). Now if it can do the same as last time(when the cash flow turned slightly + on Jan.18) it had 3 consecutive trading days (Jan.19,22 & 23 of good + cash flow)in that case,it should be able to deal with the resistance at 7 and may be deal with the Nov.22 down-gap from the 8 level<g> I don't want to buy it too cheap. Planning on buying at 6 and adding more when it clears the 6 1/2 and 7 levels<g> RAGL Bernard
