For chuckles, I think that Qualcomm is being much more sophisticated and yet practical to use its growing cash proceeds toward investing in companies which will advance CDMA worldwide rather than "lending" to them.

Sure that is a bit less "traditional", but naturally I like that. <<<G>>>>
