Suffice it to say that they aren't necessarily implemented that way. That is the problem with simple labels for concepts, you might be in favor of a particular implementation, but a different implementation winds up with the same label. So you can say "I favor X", but someone else knows Y that has the same name. Note: I am not trying to single you out here, it happens for lots of things...
