In the past once future was priced at this odds the outcome was almost certain for a .5 point cut. And if we get that 0.5 cut, the market will continue to go up.
Equity market has some lag, this may explain why bond drop while stocks still closed higher on Wednesday and then bond came back but stocks went down yesterday. Plus Naz was overbought for some time, but it is over now. It will be up next week.
The federal funds future has 100% probability for a 0.25 point cut and 96% probability for a 0.5 point cut..
