For a very long time many suspected it would have required "official" (US government source?) action to have gotten Kuwait to make the sudden, shorts needed, gold bullion loan into the market. Were this true, the recent change in administration might no longer require - or even find desireable, such a drastic homage be paid toward "modern western values" of gold investment.
