Mr. Palau,
Let's see, an academic degree implies increased functionality based on formalized training. To achieve these goals requires a certain measure of intelligence, willpower and personal desire to achieve the stated goals.

Based on the above, I think Mr. Bush comes out ahead...by far. Don't you?

Btw, why do you use the moniker of Mr. Palau? Is it ego? Do you have a need to see your name in print? And why do you refer to yourself as Mister? Again, is this an ego need?

"You're confusing college degrees with intelligence. Gore didn't finish law school, and Cheney dropped out of Yale, but do you seriously believe that Bush is more intelligent than either one of them?"

I just don't understand this notion that Gore is so smart. In addition to his academic failings, he blew a huge lead and lost an election he should have won by a landslide. This did not happen because of things beyond his control. It happened because he ran an inept campaign, could never get his message across (if indeed he had one) and made some of the most stupid and damaging statements I have ever heard come out of the mouth of a politician.

Clinton was a genius. This guy is not.
