nothing happens when i click on Audio Devices.

Before we go further, have you doubleclicked on the speaker icon in the systray at the bottom right of your screen and checked to make sure mute all is not checked. If so,
use windows key + pause key at the same time to bring up System Properties box and click device manager tab. Doubleclick on sound, video and game controllers and post what is listed there.
