A good idea that was kicked around the thread for a while was fertilizer companies headquartered overseas. The rationale is that N. American fertilizer production has come to a near-standstill, since Natural Gas is a key cost input. Therefore, whatever fertilizer is available should command a hefty premium come next year. Archimedes dug up a couple of names, we should ask him to repost them....
