Yes, it does.

The first stepping was limited to 100/200, and sold that way. Just like the first stepping of coppermine was limited to 733MHz, and sold that way. Current steppings of the 760 are limited to 133/266 and are sold that way. Current steppings of coppermine are limited to 1GHz, but Intel tried selling them as 1.13GHZ parts - oops!
