RE: VICL quick, unsolicited reply. The low burn rate is attributable to not only all their revenue from partners, but to the fact that their management has done a great job of allocating resources/choosing good programs. In last 4 years, unless I midded something, there have been no programs cancelled - lack of funds, bad results, partner pullout. No partners have backed out, just added new partners & programs. The management issue - news, cash position & blow burn rate all synch. IMSCO, Scott
