T, I love McMuffins. I worry more about the calories than the cholesterol as I am somewhat blessed with the cholesterol and triglycerides of a teenager, according to my doctor. And the acne and hormones, too. <g>

I buy all my coffee from these folks. They have peaberry as well as regular beans and they roast the beans when you order them so they are freeeeeeeesh. I have set up an account with them and when I need coffee I just send them an email. Great service and I can not find a better coffee except Jamaica Blue Mountain, which last time I saw it available it was $80 a pound. <g>
