Terry, I wouldn't say a floor is there, as AcquaWellington is not required to buy if the shares fall below a certain level. And it only represents a little less than 20% of the shares, so it is not all-encompassing. But it sure sounds darned good to me. It sounds like the Dime folks got the better of the negotiations, as it appears that they can name their price, within market levels. It is sure much superior to many of these biotech deals where the market takes the shares down the tube so private investors can buy low.
