KLP, Great cartoon, and as most good ones are, so close to the truth. In the case of Clinton exactly the truth. Did you happen to read the article on that link. The one titled, "As Nasty as You Wanna Be"? Some real good stuff in that one, but the last half is the best. Two quotes were interesting to me. "Nor are they about playing some sort of political gotcha game. They are about fundamental differences about issues that are crucially important to millions of Americans. And, therefore, it is not surprising that the volume gets raised a notch -- or twelve -- ". and his closing statement. "You don't come to Washington to get along. You come to represent legitimate views, and win.. And that is how it should be." This is where it seems to break down with some people (er those middle folks and of course those "other" folks). This is not a game. We don't play it like it is one. We don't do the things that Mr. Gore did in Fla and not expect serious repercussions and a defense and counter-offense. This is a war of ideas, and we Republicans will try to play fair...until you elect not to play fair. I knew the term Mug Wump, but none of the details. I feel a bit more enlightened and I thank you. I also have a new term to reference "that scum sucking pig....". HAGO TH
