The company that makes the gas burners will be able to provide the remote control. I don't know if there are third-party products that are guaranteed to work.

Since you and Merlin seem to be dedicated couch potatoes (it's plural, so there's an "e") hell bent on avoiding the least bit of exercise (like stacking and unstacking wood), let me be the one to tell you that you can now buy ceiling fans that can be operated remotely.
