And in Cook County or Chicago votes were spoiled because the voting equipment was old. White affluent areas had newer equipment. I would have to go back and check, but I believe the Republican controlled legislature refused to loan Cook county newer equipment that it had made available to some affluent white districts.. I believe this equipment would have allowed voters to check to see if they voted accurately. Gotta run! Thanks for article! Mephisto
