Follow up... CYII filed an SB-2 with SEC on 1/19/00. Click on SEC under the CYII thread start up page and then on SB-2 filing, run body, and read. It takes 73 pages to print out. Pages 15 to 23 may be of most interest unless one is an accountant or guard house lawyer to fully read and decipher the full document. Any follow on comments regarding this, whether positive or negative, would be appreciated for information and discussion.

In CYII at .29 cents. Plain old Logic. IF ask how to make money in stocks, most will laugh and reply "BUY LOW & SELL HIGHER." Well THAT is exactly how it is done, thus I floowing a strategy that has proved successful on many other stocks, I bought (CYII) at .29 cents ;)
One source is ecpecting some good things to come out, I wouldn't know.
