David--Thanks for your reply. I briefly surfed it but will really get into it next week at work where I have DSL. If like you say that these "analysts" are "rated", I think this is fantastic. I just wish more people were aware of it and wish that their "rating" would be disclosed by every interviewer. At least with baseball, you can look at the paper everyday and check a players stats. Another example of frustration. I'm with M/L so I get their weekly updates. ERICY and NOK all of a sudden have "disappeared" from their "focus one" and "favored 15" type lists. No explanation-nothing!!!, yet these were top picks for investors to buy into. At least with mutual funds and their portfolio managers, they are rated each year by "performance". Analysts don't appear to be accountable to anyone. Venting makes me feel a little better. Thanks.
