Every time I do an NAV on WCAP - including the one below - I usually end up with a 20-30% disc to NAV - & this is assuming no great things from the ipo pipeline - so I'm just hanging in there for now:

- Using 9/30/00's finl's & current market prices, WCAP's equity in publicly traded companies, you come up with $30 mill +

- then $21 mill in cash & A/R

- then $15 mill in holdings

- less $22 mill in a/p

- 6.1 mill shs o/s

- & I come up w/ a NAV of over $7/share, or a 28.17% discount to the closing price of $5.06
