Excerpt from RSE LVLT Q4 results report. Quote from Investment Thesis section "Over the next 24 to 26 months, we believe that broadband local access will be measured in increments of 100 Mbps rather than 1.5 Mpbs (T-1), which is
used currently. Companies such as ART, Cogent, Metromedia Fiber Network, Telseon, Terabeam, Yipes! are deploying fiber, free space lasers, and fixed wireless networks that will allow end users to seamlessly extend their 100 BaseT
(100 Mbps) and GigE (1 Gbps) Ethernet LANs to the WAN and the Internet."

Only mention of fixed wireless in report.
