Remember the mass murderer in, Pakistan (?), who killed 100 children exactly, and raped them, took photos, them then cut them up and dissolved their bodies in acid. The penalty was that the same should be done to him in public.

Getting a morbid laugh out of imagining the Pakistani government trying to find a way of managing the rape portion of "the same should be done to him in public". I suppose they'd have to skip that bit.

And I'm not ashamed of the part of me that wants to kill those people myself, in the manner in which they killed their victims. Not in the least ashamed. Anyone who doesn't have feelings like that is... either a liar, or half dead with ideology, imo. And undoubtedly boring to hang out with.

I know perfectly well that I would be capable of killing, with my bare hands, someone who harmed a loved one of mine.

Moving right along to something that is the point....

One must decide what is best for us to do as a society, in the context of the realities of the system.

Moral contemptibility on this issue is waiting to be earned. Its call is siren.

That's my opinion.

As I've said before-- this is not about them, it's about us.
