Some institutions are dumping MCDT. The spin-off distribution is going to create selling pressure, IMO.

KM that's a interesting outlook on MCDT and I don't think there will be any middle ground on this one. As I have expressed in the past I am on the other end of the spectrum with MCDT and look at it as more of a LU years ago,when AT&T spun it out with it's top management right at the beginning of explosive,expanding growth. About 5 splits later LU is finally slowing down. I think EMC is doing the same thing with MCDT and MCDT will be the leader in it's space in the Storage sector. That's why they have a market though-to find out who's right. As far as technical, I believe this graph will hold "the" reversal low for MCDT and I don't think MCDT will make a lower low this time but rather this will be the absolute low investors will have to get in before it breaks out to new wkly high past $122.
