luther, there is a huge JDSU short position.These guys are quaking in their boots for JDSU to go back up again. \These is why you hear these idiots downgrading JDSU at $45 and $55. They know that if JDSU goes to $75 they are hamburger meat. So try and hang on to your shares. You do not loose money until you sell ( unless of course you have a margin call. Even then you have 3 days to sell ). So DON"T sell unless you are forced. Everybody is talking about a market sell off. Don't bet on it. The market does the opposite of what you think. Look what happened with JDSU's eps: they told you things where going to go down so they forced a lot of people to panic and dump at the open and then the stock instantly went up and closed up 8 % Furthermore we are going up against Fed funds cut. Markets always go up in that case. I would like to see JDSU go up to $75 on Wed. Even assuming the worse possible scenario ( which I don't subscribe to , that we are in a Bear market ) then we are in the Bear Rally mode of the Bear market. Historically these rallies have been very strong: you can retrace up to 50% of the drop. So 50% from 152 to 37 is about $75!! So we got a lot of upside left here. Even assuming on Wed that we go down however , you will always have have 15 minutes after the Fed announcement to see if the markets are tanking or not so that you have a 15 min window to sell. If they tank, you can always sell. So, my thinking is to _H_A_N_G___O_N_ to JDSU shares. for dear life. This way I am in control. Let them shorts sweat. I want to see bloody sweat dripping off their brow. I want to see profuse diarrhea associated with severe cramps, unresponsive to Lomotil . I am for the old school: Dish back to shorty, ten times as big & more painful.Then rinse lather and repeat, good luck TA PS: So far the going has been great. Great short squeezes the last 3 weeks. TA
