<< Great post, Rich. It strikes me that you've got a great feel for the markets. I couldn't agree more with your thought. Good luck this year. >>

Thanks. May your stocks inflate. :-)

Even I don't know if I agree with my thoughts. LOL But clarity has finally appeared as I leave the dim thule.

In the old days, a rising advance-decline was good. It's rising now. That's a reality.

It was falling for so long. Why? Because we were operating under the illusion of margin mania. The bust is over. Stocks are rising.

The bust is over!

The Long Term Signal is 3-BUY. The Option Timing Signal is still positive. Fear is waning. The NASDAQ is well above last month's close, a long term buy signal on that chart at month end.

Always trust a rising advance-decline line. You can't trust a rising index and falling advance-decline line. There's some illusion at work there.

A rising advance-decline line off a bottom? You got to believe! The good old days are coming back. Hallelujah. Members of the NYSE? Give me a Hell Yeah! High mutual fund cash positions? Buy stocks. 26 billion cash inflow this month? Yeah baby, yeah!

Get ready to rumblllllllllllllle!

Rich
