AAII and MANSLIC? That's an odd combination.

Actually, MANSLIC has been a very tough game since April '98 when the broader market turned bearish. Many of the principles would simply fail to allow a position in the narrow stuff that has moved since, or the earning-less vapor. It will come back, but since '98 I've viewed it as a fools errand. Can't fight the broader "M", unless you keep changing the rules on the balance of -ANSLIC.
