Hey Ranger. Here is your sore back prescription: 2 Crown Royals & 3 Ibuprofen, settle in and watch Battlebots. RR Hammers at half speed. My back is tad stiff today also, finally got in a good day of skiing yesterday......we still need lots of snow, though. We'll get it in Feb. & March.......I have placed the order. After burning leaves and limbs all day, I hurt. I'll say... That must really hurt your limbs. Use cold compresses. I used to have that problem. I eventually realized that it was not a good idea to hold the bundle of leaves while lighting them. In addition I try not to stand in the pile of leaves either.
