,,, with the fed cutting so hard ... plus the huge budget surplus creates an environment for stocks that I have not seen in my lifetime. I am surprised not everyone agrees stock environment is exceptionally good. Some, here, even post about gold , cash and guns as the investments du jour. I'm glad to see the country now hopefully admitting that more oil is not the solution to our long term energy problems. Am hoping this country soon embarks on path towards energy independence. We need to take another look at nuclear. Coal combustion can be cleaned up, and we have enough coal to provide all energy needed for 1000 years. Perhaps we should spend some of that budget surplus doing these things. G/L Tulvio
