It doesn't, that's the problem. Wizard allows me to browse to the D drive where I have the favorites folder and I can select the folder, but then the only command possible is to open the folder, which does not import the file. There is no "Import" command once I have browsed to the D drive. Yuck, what a pain for such a simple task. Still haven't figured it out.
