Market next week: My crystal ball tells me Greenspan will rescue us after another dip or two. Those should be good buying opportunities (if they happen). From what I understand we could be in for several more 1/2 point cuts in the near future so "don't fight the Fed" will be the rule and will allow good buying dips for at least 20% pops. What we need though is to get past earnings seasons, have all the companies with lowered expectations then start beating them again. In the meantime only invest in value and try to catch bottoms. Then either profit often or hold longterm. Look at what happened to PMCS which still has a PE of 180. I'd rather buy VZ with a PE of 12.
