I agree totally with that. Perception is reality on Wall Street. Charts are just a method to read how investor psychology has moved the market in past, and an attempt to apply it what will happen in the future.

From LG charts you can really see the tone change from the drop to the recovery we are in, by looking at the number of down days and the amount of price movement during the drops compared to the same during the recover we are in now. Of course that's reflected in the slope of Stoch. during up moves and down moves as it moves along the chart. For fun you can use you head as indicator, as you follow the chart down your chin moves left to right toward you chest, then as it chart recovers your chin comes back up still to the right then as the chart moves out of the rising wedge it falls over again toward your chest. LOL
