OT:

"Some can trade...others will play silly games. What's the point?"

Some people can do both and not try to belittle every effort of others to try and bring back some fun to the SI threads. I do agree with some of your points about the huge spreads etc. etc. and next week these issues will be dealt with by bringing in a new set of rules.

I do hope you throw your hat in the ring and put your pick in parker, as your input is valued like every SI member. Just leave the ego at the door.

regards,
atial

OOOOOOOOOOPS my mistake , you never left the sandbox.

How do they get power for your computer out there ? U seem to be a reasonably bright child,
able to use a computer at such a young age, unfortunately no one has taught you any people skills yet,
what a pitty!

I appreciate your momo heads up posts, Parker. It's always good to have another set of watchful eyes in this environment, but your people skills...... ugh.

People posting their long term holdings is a simple fact of life on these threads. And, a necessary evil that we have to live with. But, do what most of us do..... hit 'next'.

Most of us are smart enuff to realize it and we don't need you to point it out and clutter up the threads with useless back and forth (that I just, for the first and last time, have fell into with this post. My apologies to the thread).

I don't know whats worse, bad heads up on someones dog, or hitting next thru endless posts of namecalling.

Happy trading, and if you post good momo's (sans sardonic commentary) we will all be better off, imho.

Some can trade...others will play silly games. What's the point? People "buying" stocks with huge spreads, .03 gambles, no volumes, halted stocks even? Is this supposed to be some sort of skill contest?

True, many people that trade penny stocks do so with "limited finances". That raises the "fear of loss" and causes them to "push" the stock thinking that if everyone gets on board they can create MOMO.

I like to see someone on this thread or any other thread, do the same thing with JDU,RIM,Nortel... LOL. As a result the people on this thread tend to post in/out and thats about it.

Some can trade...others will play silly games.

You find it everywhere...Stockhouse especially, if you don't like the way its working out..theres always another thread to try. This one works very well because of the people we attract. Hopefully it will continue.

Like Swami, I tire of the mirc channels as well, and as soon as my money is transfered to my new discount brokerage...hopefully this week, I'll be back at it.
