Tom,

Sorry, I misunderstood.

We do seem to be working our way through that list
at long last.

I read the EU legislation as the reciprical countries
having 90 days to raise an objection or automatically
agreeing to the approval. I've no idea how long it will
take to prepare the documents for each country; but,
I'm sure that's why they're going for the richest
countries first - to manage the work effort.

That earlier Provalis information looked interesting.
I wonder if there are other synergies as questioned by
CalGary with our carrier? By those quotes CG showed,
Provalis is looking for funding for phase II trials.

It's tough getting enough funding - or so I hear.

As to our first draw which by the agreement will be
disclosed - if you use the date of the announcement it will
be Feb 16.

I'm quite sure the first was actioned immediately that it
was possible. I believe they all knew this would have a
positive effect on stockprice and they used time to get it
conditionally approved by the TSE.

I say they felt they needed that TSE approval to announce
but not to action. So I think Provalis received its first
notice days prior to the Feb 19 announcement and the
first sale occurs on Feb 11 plus or minus 2 days set at
a $6.50 minimum for 2 million shares.
