I'd hope they don't start ticketed people snoozing in their hammocks. When I lived in an apartment 2 families of Mexicans moved in down the hall. Arrived in a old beater wagon that never moved the 6 months I was there. They were very quiet, probably to avoid detection. I felt sorry for the kids as they never left the apartment.
