I agree, but...

People like me are extremely reluctant to tattle on anyone. I can handle my own interchanges with boors. However, we often see TOU violated on others, yet, as has been made clear (and for valid reasons), if the offense is not reported in short order, an assumption is made: The complainant did not suffer injury, and has after the fact decided to use the system as leverage in a personal issue. As well, I understand the point that there is no reasonable and fair manner to go back several days to address an issue without at the same time parsing all succeeding posts of similar vein, and (presumably) deleting them, and suspending their authors.

So when a TOU occurs, the injured party ought to complain immediately. And if they don't, this granary of rotten wheat just keeps filling up.

I am not going to address the injury of another, if they are unwilling to. Perhaps there is none.
