When eating at Chinese restaurants, I find that I prefer ones that serve authentic Chinese food - but not TOO authentic - there are a lot of things that Chinese like to eat that I don't - duck feet and chicken feet, for example. But I don't like American style Chinese food, either, too much sugar.

Are you Chinese? Your name looks Vietnamese to me. My favorite Asian cuisine is Thai, but I also like Vietnamese - especially pho.

Good pho in Northern Virginia - Pho 75.

Good Thai in Northern Virginia - Duangrat's on Route 7, Star in Fair Lakes.

Good Chinese in D.C. - Full Kee in Chinatown.

<<It means they serve carp !!! It is very fishy and they keep saying that it is BUFFALO fish and denying it is a carp... >>

Buffalo is one type of carp. It's very hard to tell a buffalo from a German carp. The fishy part with any type of carp is 1. it came from warm water or 2. the mud vein wasn't removed.

I don't know where you live, but in Atlanta, they are celebrating the Chinese New Year today.

They celebrated today, because Wednesday was a working day. If it hadn't been for this being Super Bowl Sunday, I would have liked to have gone.
