Techie, This thread is polluted with the same information and ideas repeated ad-nauseum. There have been four newsworthy events in the past two years for AMD. 1. The January, 1999 crash. 2. The Athlon intro. 3. The big rise in AMD stock. 4. The big fall in AMD stock. Next one will be the intro of Hammer. I'm posting this message from a Duron box connected to the Internet through an Athlon DDR box. They run Windows just as well as my PIII box and my Winchip box. Only problem is the slow disk that came with the Athlon system. Scumbria
