Usually when the President-Select says it's time to move on, it means that if he points a finger at someone else, he's got three pointing back at himself. In this case, he knows that if he lists all the pranks from eight days ago, Clinton's folks will detail all the pranks his Daddy's boys pulled eight years ago. Same reason Nixon didn't contest Ilinois in '60. Exposing what happened in Cook County would have meant exposing what Tricky Dicky and Ev Dirksen pulled downstate. (Let's see ... wasn't there some mention of "Dirty Tricks" during Nixon's presidency?)
