Fyodor, Wrt Compaq, it is certainly the top-10 OEM with the, imho, strongest, most complete business plan. They have good, solid (and enormously popular) "gadgets" like the iPaq, they have a strong grip on out-of-the-box services and they provide the most complete range of product, from iPaqs to Alpha servers. I agree. They also have Himalaya, the "stock exchange servers", a lot of storage, mostly obtained in the DEC buyout, and of course their #1 best seller, industry standard servers. Tony
