tc, sorry for leaving that open, I guess I say spooked because I do not understand computers very well (an overstatement) and have had numerous problems that seem to come and go on their own sometimes. Looking into a new computer but would like to use this as a backup, so will try and identify/rectify the problems in a more methodical way. Main problems now are the invalid page faults, locking up and slow response time with WOW...uninstalled WOW and reinstalled without Norton running, they seemed to think Norton and WOW do not always get along. Working on the invalid page faults at the moment. Maybe an easy question is how do I get the bookmark folders to sort alphabetically without having to click and drag them, using explorer. There was a question on this a week or so ago and tried the solution but did not work for me. Thanks, I could keep the board busy on my own <gg>
