I just can't see why everything you say about commercial and light industrial properties would not also apply to residential developments, particularly those being developed Payback, it all comes back to that. Most developers want to put as little in, and get as much back as possible, as fast as possible. I'm not so sure a family shopping for a home will value this the same as a business.The bill at my store is 20x that of my home and if power goes down, I'm out of business, at home, we light candles. <gg> Last one posting tonight, make sure you turn out the lights!
