If he can't get a concession from the European banks to also lower their rates the dollar will get creamed. I'm sure he is working on it, & right now a cut in rates by London & Europe would do more good than a cut in ours. If they stay high then cuts over here may well backfire. Money will flow to the euro..and their stocks. Tahts the shit he don't want to talk about. Jim PS why is GE and XOM falling ?? That's what don't make sence to me, somethings not right..
