t2, this AM there was talk on CNBC that some Economists in Davos, Switzerland, this weekend ) said that because the Economy is beset with such a severe case of pneumonia what it needs is immediate hospitalization with massive millions of units of intravenous Penicillin, i.e.,100,200 and 300 Basis Points reduction by the time everything is done, rather that the 1/4 point ( or a few hundred milligrams PEN that we treat mild pneumonia with, as an outpatient ) as some like Kayaker have suggested, TA
