Thanks for the response. Guess I didn't read the press release carefully enough. From p.35 of the 10K:

Revenues resulting from the agreements with Globalstar for fiscal 2000, 1999 and 1998 were $219 million, $435 million and $373 million, respectively.

Deducting the $124 million for Q1 and $61 million for Q4 leaves only $34 million for Q2/Q3 combined. Sounds lie a bit more reading is needed to reconcile these numbers. Maybe I'll find it in the 10Q's for last FY.
