I do appreciate my ADSL hookup, especially for games, but fail to see where the money is made off me by the good companies that invested in the infrastructure or provided the content.

I am getting an inkling that Son is trying to throw enough money around to be able to accidentally hit upon another Yahoo!. I do not think the hit can be made in I-net or in biotech, as the storied future is and will fail to excite given the change in atmosphere. So, we as a group must figure out the next New New Thing (no, I have not and will not read the book) that Goldman and Morgan houses can inflate ... what is it?

I suppose one can make an exciting story, along the lines of Discovery of New World, Alaskan Gold Rush, and such in the initiative to put a refueling stop on Mars for extended deep space exploration.
