I get all my services from VZ and they are just fine. Never had a problem ever. In fact DSL service was quick and worked, and they voluntarily let me out of a more expensive cell plan and allowed me to switch to a better one before my contract was up. No questions asked. Deregulation of course has made every phone company less service-oriented. Espevcially as they have a monopoly on local lines here in LA. Anyway I hardly think spotty service records are unique or have any reflection on the stock price. And I'm sure they're doing their best to keep people happy. Nice ads during the Superbowl too. Better than SBC's new hard-to-pronounce name for its wireless division.
