Tomasso, Rumsfeld, Powell, and Cheney have been put in place for a reason-and it's not the Sudan even with all of its misery and mass human rights violations.... BTW California- Arizona is in the mid-stages of piecing together a plan which will send about 100-125 MW of Arizona's entitlement from Hoover Dam's generation your way as part of the Bush Admiinistration's plan to assist California....Nice rapidly ramping "race car" hydropower- that will help some....Yours truly is writing up the agreements
