It's not only the fed rate increases, which exasperates everything, it's current level that we have reached in the build out of the net, management of our IT resources, and technical level and durability of our consumer goods. I'm beginning to wonder about how hard it will be to move ourselves to the next level, whatever that might be. Also, the amount of spending that went on. There are only so many items a person can buy before he they end up with all the material items they need. Also, manufactured goods are lasting long. Where is the planned obsolescence of days gone by? <g>

The next level is going to take much more organization, high level of technological sophistication then the level we are at now.

The above is current state of the USA. I can't remember if the following is right or not, but I believe half of the worlds population has yet to make it's first phone call. So, there is much work to be done, but it will take more effort to make it all happen.

Maybe I'm making too much out of the above...

I'll let the market do the worrying, it will tell me soon enough. <gg>
